Description: We leave early in the morning to have the area just for us, with no rush and plenty of time for bird watching. Every time you want to stop for pictures you will be able to do it. When we get to Perito Moreno Glacier, after a very cool drive through the National Park and the steppe, accompanied by an expert professional guide, we don’t go straight to the regular panoramic point. That comes after a walk outside the conventional circuit, where we will enjoy the north face of the glacier in all its splendour, watching and hearing giant chunks of ice plummet into the waters of Argentino Lake. We are going to be introduced to the interpretation of the landscape and the nature on a walking by our professional guide. We stop for a break and finally, we finish the tour, before coming back, with navigation on the channel, to see the icebergs as soon as possible. We arrive to Calafate at 5 pm.

Follow the adventure, rafting on Inferior Manso River

Description: Once we pick you up from the hotel and we also pick up the equipment, we continue our way, crossing Gutierrez, Mascardi and Guillelmo Lakes, until Manso River. After s short walking, where we enjoy the amazing views of our National Park, we prepare all the equipment and get ready to start the adventure. The first part of the rafting is quite (around 60 minutes) where you are going to enjoy the nature (the river, the forest, the birds). We stop to have lunch on the border of the river (Granjas Patagónicas “smokers”, sandwiches, different “fiambres”, homemade pies, pate, juice and fruits). Energized, we continue the second part of the rafting, more rough (level II/III) Between “rápido” and “r´pido” we are going to access to beautiful places with a paradisiac beach where, during summer, water temperature is around 18ºC. We can swim here! At about 5 pm we arrive to Lanfre Family House, where Noelia is waiting for us with some tea, coffee, or a fresh drink if it’s hot, joined with “tortas fritas” and puddings. In the house, there are toilletes and rooms where you can change your wet clothe to come back to town.

Mountain Bike Río Manso River Valley

The most beautiful single-track mountain biking tour in Bariloche

Description: After picking up the bikes, we start our mountain biking adventure driving south, along the shore of the lakes, until we head west on a gravel road up to the first bridge over the Manso river. We start here our cycling ride across the Manso River Valley. Mountain biking across the local fields, we get views of the mounts, such as the Bastión and Ventisqueros mountains. We stop for having lunch, enjoying a homemade pic-nic on the river shore. We bycicle down towards emerald waters, its rapids and a sandy beach make it the ideal setting to relax. Finally, we come back to Bariloche. This is a wonderful tour to ride along the turquoise river, share with locals, discover beautiful meadows surrounded by snow-capped mountains and reach the border between Argentina and Chile.
