Feel the ice experience, climbing a Glacier.

Description: We depart from Tunel Bay, by boat, navigating through Viedma Lake, watching from there the magnificent of Fitz Roy and Huemul Mountains. We get approach to Viedma Glacier, with best view of the big ice in front of us, and the icebergs floating on the water. Once we land, we organize in small groups with professional guides, who are going to give us the instructions and information we need to make the experience. The idea is to have our first steps for ice climbing.

Technical File:

• Duration: Full Day (from 9 am to 6 pm)
• Period of Operation: October to April
• Included: Trekking guide, first aid kit, technical equipment (helmet, ropes, harnesses, crampons, carabiners)
• Not included: Transfer to Túnel Bay, on Viedma Lake, personal equipment (waterproof jacket and paints, trekking shoes, gloves, hat, fleece, sunglasses, sunscreen), Box lunch.
• Requirement: Older than 12 years old, good health and physic conditions.
• Meeting point: Túnel Bay, Viedma Lake.
